Question: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Answer: Every model has their own MOQ which is differ from others. Please kindly check the detailed description and specification of each model.

Question: What is the lead time? (How long will it take to prepare my goods?)
Answer: Generally, our production lead time is about 15 to 22 days for bulk orders. The exact time will be based on the requirements and product variations and specifications. You can consult with us while placing your order.

Question: How will you deliver my goods to me?
Answer: Basically, we only process the production of the goods you ordered until they are ready to ship. You can use your own freight company. But, if you do not have your own freight, we can help using our cargo company partner to send goods to your address. Either by air, sea, or land cargo.

Question: How many items can be loaded in one cargo container?
Answer: Basically, we don’t specify the maximum number of items to load into one container. However, based on the minimum order quantity per item we have set, one container can load maximum up to 5 items per container. Please discuss with us for more details.

Question: What is the payment term for my order?
Answer: The standard payment term we use is 50:50. The first payment is 50% of the total order at the order confirmation, the remaining 50% is before delivery.
