Couch construction by our factory contains two main part, frame and weaving covers. We spend our maximum effort to build both part on its best performance.
Manufacturing process was started with the frame construction. This is the most important part that will determine the sturdy performance of the couch. We built frame with a high-quality aluminum, or a solid wood, or a metal, even the combination of those materials.
Moreover, the frame of our premium couch also has their own protection element such anti-porous and anti-rust. So, it can withstand any extreme outdoor weathers and temperature. The frame construction process also runs the strict quality control to ensure its ability to support various range of weights.
Premium Couch Materials
Another main material of the premium couch is the weaving material. Our products have two main weaving materials: synthetic rattan and rope. While you are browsing to find the best furniture for your luxury home, hotels and resorts, villa, or cottages, you can choose either it is the synthetic rattan wicker furniture or rope.
Weaving materials, either the rope or the synthetic rattan also has its own protection element. We gave them anti-UV compound to protect the color while exposed to the UV-light. So the color will remain consistent for several years even though it is exposed to the sun continuously.
